Here's the best PC build that you can do under $500 that you can build yourself now with the link to parts in the blog.

1. Processor

For the processor i have chosen the Core i3 10100 from Intel which is quad core CPU with HT. This CPU may was launched at the price of $122 but now it is available for only $99 on Amazon.

At last here comes the $99 Core i3 10100 from Intel. It is the most powerful CPU mentioned on this list. I actually didn't liked it when it came but now when the prices have fallen its a good choice for budget gamers and productivity taskers.

It comes with 4 cores and HT and has a Turbo Boost Frequency of 4.30 GHz. It is based on the 10h generation Comet Lake microarchitecture and processed on 14nm process. It has 65W TDP and 6MB L3 cache. It supports LGA1200 socket.

This CPU performs very similar (a little bit better) to Ryzen 3 3100 in gaming. It can handle even a RTX 2060 SUPER easily at 1080p resolution and can stream too. This CPU does a great job in productivity tasks as well as in gaming. You can stream while gaming or render high quality videos easily with it.

It is a great choice for anyone under $100.

2. Radeon RX 580

For the Graphics card I have chosen the Radeon RX 580 from AMD which is a really powerful GPU with upto 8GB GDDR5 video memory for $169 only.

The Radeon RX 580 is based on the AMD's Polaris 20 XT processor and fabricated on 14nm process. The Polaris 20 XT processor has 5.7 Billion transistors. It comes at a Base Frequency of 1257 MHz and can be Overclocked upto 1340 MHz (the gaming OC variant would have higher

The Radeon RX 580 has 2304 stream processors/Cuda cores of AMD, 144 Texture Units, 36 Compute units and 32 ROPs. The GPU has both 4 GB and 8 GB of GDDR5 memory Type with memory interface of 256-bits. The memory speed is 8 GB/s and maximum memory bandwidth is of 256 GB/s.

You need a 8 pin power connector for this Graphics Card. AMD has announced that it requires 185 W power and atleast a 450W PSU is recommended. It supports the PCIe 3.0 and has 16 PCIe lanes. It do not supports VGA port and supports upto 4K60 on HDMI. It has 1 HDMI port and 3 Display Ports.

This GPU is a really powerful budget GPU which can play even the latest titles at 60+ FPS on High 1080p settings and over 240 FPS in E-sport titles. The 8GB VRAM is enough for 1080p or even 1440p gaming. Also the GPU can handle the heavy rendering easily.

3. Memory

For memory we have chosen 16GB of dual channel 3000 MHz RAM OLOy. The OLOy manufactures good quality RAM that are worth buying, the chosen Memory can be Overclocked. The 16GB RAM is enough for gaming and productivity for now is future proof. We have chosen 3000 MHz RAM as its all our Motherboard supports. The pair costs only $55.

Buying Link: OLOy DDR4 3000 MHz 2x8 dual channel 16GB Memory

4. Motherboard

For the most important part, the motherboard we have chosen Ultra Durable H410 motherboard from Gigabyte which supports Intel 10th and 11th generation Intel CPUs. It is a Micro-ATX size motherboard which has a medium quality VRM so i will suggest you not using a higher TDP CPU with it.

overall it is a great motherboard for budget and it costs $60 only.

5. Storage

For storage we have chosen 480 GB SATA SSD from Kingston. Actually we could have gone with a 1TB HDD and 240GB SSD but that was out of our budget and having a 120GB SSD is meaningless in 2020.

It costed $45.

Buying Link: Kingston 480GB SATA SSD

6. Power Supply

For the PSU we have chosen a good quality 500W 80+ Bronze rated PSU from EVGA for $50, it is a great PSU which will handle all power supply for our PC and will not burn or explode as of its good quality.

7. PC cabinet

Finally for the cabinet we have gone with DEEPCOOL MATREXX 50 which is a

Mid-Tower Case with Tempered Glass Side and Front Panel with PSU Shroud, one Black Fan pre-Installed at Rear. It supports micro-ATX, mini-ITX,E-ATX and ATX sized motherboards. The inlet and outlet of the case is great so the PC won't heat too much even after heavy usage. It costs $50 only.

These were all the parts of our budget gaming and productivity PC build. I have given links so you can buy the pc from there. The PC costs around $500. You can play latest AAA titles at 60+ FPS on High settings while streaming, the CPU can handle almost every heavy task. It is a Bank for Buck PC that you should definitely buy.
