AMD Ryzen 6000 Series Release Date, Specifications and all what we know

AMD has announced their new Ryzen 6000 series laptop processors at CES 2022.

The Ryzen mobile CPUs have changed the way of laptops since the time they were launched, before that quad core CPUs were the most high end we could have on a laptop now we can have a hexa core or even a quad core CPU in a laptop under$1000/₹76000 and now once again AMD has launched a new CPU.

During CES 2022 AMD came forward and announced over 10 new 6000 series mobile CPUs in order to compete with the new 12th-gen Alder Lake CPUs from Intel. Here's everything which is known about these new upcomming CPUs.

Release Date and Price

These Ryzen 6000 series laptops are supposed to launch in Feb-March months of 2022 but we will be seeing these CPUs in laptops like the next year as it takes time to manufacture new laptops. Also there won't be any Ryzen 6000 for desktop.

The prices of the laptops will be dependent on the manufacture as it is on the manufacture to build a laptop with different parts, so the U series laptops would be around 50K-60K INR(for Ryzen 5) and Ryzen 7 (U series) laptops would be under 70K INR. The H,HX and HS series laptop may vary from 55K to 2 lakh INR or even more.

Specifications

The list of these 6000 series CPUs is given below:

These new CPUs are to be processed on the new ZEN 3+ architecture and on that they are powered by a RDNA 2 GPU which is also used in the Radeon RX 6000 series GPUs.

Performance

Below here there is graph of the comparison between the Nvidia MX450, Ryzen 7 6800U and Core i7 1165G7 and you can see how AMD is destroying the competitors with its integrated GPU.

Some more Details
The Ryzen 6000 graphics cards feature DDR5 memory, support for PCIe 4.0 and USB4, AI noise cancellation and Wi-Fi 6E connectivity. The AMD Ryzen 6000 Series processors are clearly meant to rival Intel’s new 12th Gen Intel Core Alder Lake CPUs and by the graphs we can see that Intel's 11th gen mobile CPUs get devastated by Ryzen 6000 series CPUs.
