The Athlon 3000G was launched by AMD on 20 November 2019 for $49 and it still can be found for $49 today. It is the more powerful and unlocked version of the older Athlon 200GE. The reason i like this APU and have used it in most of the low budget pc builds is that this APU can almost do every tasks from gaming to productivity.
It has a TDP of 35W and L3 cache of 4MB. It can be paired with any AM4 socket motherboard (except the 500 series chipset and above). It can support upto 32GB 2667 MHz RAM in dual channel. It supports upto 6 PCIe 3.0 lanes.
The integrated Radeon Vega 3 graphics have 3 graphical cores, Base clock of 1100 MHz and boost clock of 1650 MHz

The CPU is really good as most of the better CPUs are unavailable currently. The 2 cores are just okay to handle normal games and some AAA titles and as we are going to pair it with a discrete GPU then just disable the Vega 3 graphics. Yes, you can do some light video editing, streaming, etc.
The APU is tested on 4GHz on all cores with 16GB 2666MHz RAM (dual channel) and integrated Radeon Vega graphics at 1650 MHz.
