It is a locked CPU which only increases the Clock Frequency when needed itself and its Base Clock is 2.9 GHz. It has 9 MB L3 Cache and 65W TDP.
The supported socket is LGA1151 and it supports upto 128 GB of 2666 MHz Memory. It does not comes with any integrated graphics, so you need to pair it with a dedicated graphics to get the display.
