Core i3 9100F | Specs, Price, Performance with benchmarks

On 23rd April,2019 Intel launched the Core i3 9100F which was a ninth Generation CPU from Intel's Core i series and was based on the Coffee Lake Micro-architecture. 

It was just a Core i3 9100 without the Integrated UHD 630 Graphics and costed around $80 which was much cheaper than the Core i3 9100.  


The Core i3 9100F was based on the Coffee Lake Micro-architecture and fabricated on 14 nm Lithography Process. It came with 4 Physical Cores upto 4.2 GHz Turbo Boost Clock. This CPU didn't came with Hyper-threading and also it is a locked CPU and you cannot Overclock it yourself from 3.6 GHz.


It has 6 MB of Smart Intel L3 Cache and 65W TDP. It can hold up to 64 gigabytes of DDR4 RAM clocked at 2400 MHz. It supports the LGA1151 socket and you can pair it with Motherboards like B360, H310, z390, etc. Keep it in mind that you need to pair this CPU with a Dedicated GPU as it does not comes with an integrated graphics.

All the tests are recorded from the Core i3 9100F paired with 16 GB 2400 MHz dual channel Memory along with a Radeon RX 570.
